Follow That Feeling

Follow That Feeling guides the ongoing Enhanced Biofeedback experience. It is how to “dial in the benefits”: notice the feeling, linger or adjust, and notice what changes.

Move slowly. Notice internal cues. Stay with what feels useful. Do not force the stretch.

A small change in pressure, angle, or position becomes information for the next change. The aim is responsive exploration rather than reproducing a predetermined pose.

A feeling may soften, move, or disappear. That change belongs to the feedback. The next response may be a different angle, another area, or rest; a fading sensation need not be forced back.

Attention can also depart from the initial plan. The Background Pain account describes beginning with the lower back and noticing a shoulder. This illustrates discovery through attention, not diagnosis through sensation.

Sensation informs the practice without replacing judgment: pleasure alone cannot establish that a movement is safe. Follow the Changing Sensation explains the experience vocabulary; Learning Your Own Practice connects following a feeling with developing skill.
