Relief Recipe
The Relief Recipe is the preparation SOP for Enhanced Biofeedback: arranging the conditions and approach for an ongoing inward experience. Its purpose follows Relief Precedes Healing.
The connected ingredients
- Make room: time, privacy, freedom to move, and fewer interruptions.
- Prepare the setting: comfortable warmth, managed light and sound, clothing, and support. Sensory Management includes choosing helpful input.
- Prepare for movement: a usable floor surface and space for body-weight self-massage, with access needs considered.
- Bring attention inward: Savoring Inhalation, bodily sensation, and noticing an urge or an interesting stretch.
- Continue responsively: Follow That Feeling, small adjustments, pauses, and rest.
These recurring ingredients form a connected preparation-and-practice account. The sources do not establish a single final mandatory sequence; the remaining scope question is in Questions to Resolve.
Product and practice
Liquid Stretch is central to the founder's Enhanced Biofeedback work and is described as invoking the process. Individual use remains a choice. That relationship is preserved without making purchase or consumption a compulsory Recipe step.
The Recipe leads into experience: gravity and body weight provide the physical means; sensation supplies changing information; Follow That Feeling guides the response.
