Lay Down NowThe One-Minute-Mend

Teaching the Whole Method

Teaching connects preparation, inward experience, movement, rest, and learning so a person understands how an example fits the whole.

The Relief Recipe prepares the conditions; Enhanced Biofeedback is the ongoing process; Follow That Feeling guides the response. Lay Down Now explains that relationship and Liquid Stretch's role through useful, non-dogmatic education.

Show what changes

A movement explanation must make contact, support, weight distribution, direction, and adjustment understandable. One Minute Mend offers a compact demonstration; a finished silhouette alone leaves important mechanics invisible.

Learning Your Own Practice adds self-discovery and the distinction between will, ability, and skill. Demonstration, explanation, assistance, and personal exploration do different work.

Support continued practice

The teaching outline calls for step-by-step mechanics, enough space to explain each part, habit support, maintenance, and anticipation of difficulties. It raises readiness, overstretching, and whether help is needed.

These are requirements for developing useful teaching. A complete course, adaptation sequence, or maintenance calendar is not yet supplied. Each lesson should make its scope clear while leaving the learner connected to the wider knowledge.
