Lay Down NowThe One-Minute-Mend

One Minute Mend

One-Minute Mend is a compact demonstration of the floor practice. Its name invites a brief introduction; it does not impose a deadline for relief.

The manuscript and illustration family contain twenty-five positions, moving from standing to the floor, through lengthening and rolling, and back toward standing. The demonstration joins an opening check-in, changes in support and weight, and a later comparison with the starting feeling.

It makes Body-Weight Self-Massage visible. Follow That Feeling supplies what a still image cannot: the person's response to changing sensation.

What the teaching must show

Useful movement instruction makes direction, contact, support, weight transfer, and the initiating body part clear. Hands, knees, posture, and transitions matter as much as the finished silhouette. Pausing, adjusting, reversing, and stopping should remain understandable.

The existing versions do not establish one final sequence, safe return-to-standing route, or complete adaptation guidance. Those are teaching details to develop from the illustrations, not infer from a pose name.

Teaching the Whole Method places this short demonstration within preparation, experience, rest, and learning. Rest and Accessible Positions keeps individual access in view.
