Savoring Inhalation

Savoring Inhalation is a nasal inhale at the pace used when savoring a scent.

The familiar act supplies the quality of attention and pace. There is no required depth, count, breath hold, inhale-to-exhale ratio, or abdominal movement. An actual scent or fragrance product is unnecessary.

The cue belongs with Sensory Management and the inward approach of the Relief Recipe. It invites attention without turning preparation into a breathing performance.

Breath-related movement may become noticeable during Body-Weight Self-Massage. That observation does not add another breathing requirement. Earlier breathing ratios and physiological explanations remain in the source vocabulary; the current cue is simply the scent-paced nasal inhale.
