Follow the Changing Sensation
An unfolding experience can include an urge, a movement, a useful feeling, and an exceptional moment. The vocabulary keeps those parts distinguishable.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rolling | Shifting across support to change contact, pressure, and weight distribution. |
| Twisting | Changing rotation and the relationship between body parts. |
| Stretch Impulse | The felt urge to stretch or lengthen. |
| Pandiculation | A stretch with a yawn, in this project's usage. |
| Sweet Spot | A useful, satisfying point in stretching or rolling; it can change with position. |
| The One | The founder's name for an exceptional position associated with unusually intense, emotional, or spiritually described experience. |
S-Spot means Stretch Spot. Its fuller referent still needs definition; it is not automatically another name for Sweet Spot or The One.
A sensation may soften, move, or disappear. That is information, not a demand to recreate it. Follow That Feeling connects noticing to the next adjustment or rest.
Pleasure describes experience; it does not by itself establish safety, healing, or a product effect. The One's intensity is not evidence of stored trauma or tissue damage being released. Body-Weight Self-Massage explains the mechanics, and Baseline Enhancement explains learning through contrast.
